Cynthia White is a Retired Military Sergeant, Educator, and Consultant. With over 25 years of experience serving children, families, and vulnerable populations. Throughout her career, she has been a passionate advocate and leader, empowering communities through education, training, and strategic initiatives. Ms. White’s teaching career focused on English, Reading, Writing, and History, where her dedication earned her a Teacher of the Year nomination. In her military service, she specialized in communication and intelligence, receiving honors such as the Army Commendation Medal and the Army Outstanding Achievement Medal. At the Department of Children and Families, she trained Child Protective Investigators, advised leadership, and contributed to enhancing the care for underserved populations. Ms. White serves on the Board of Directors at Total Blessings LLC, bringing her wealth of experience to support the organization’s mission of bridging generational, educational, and social gaps. Her lifelong commitment to service is driven by her belief in the power of respect, communication, and education to create lasting change.

Denise Williams
Vice President

Denise Williams is a dedicated professional with a career spanning over three decades in public service and community engagement. She began her career in the healthcare field at Jackson Memorial Hospital, where she spent 10 years in the Labor and Delivery department, gaining valuable experience in patient care and support. In 1997, Denise transitioned into the field of law enforcement, joining the State of Florida Department of Corrections. After completing an intensive four-month academy, she was assigned to the South Florida Reception Center for three years before moving to County Correction, where she has served for the past 27 years. Her expertise lies in the Mental Health Department, where she has made significant contributions to the well- being and rehabilitation of those in her care. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Denise is deeply committed to her community. She actively participates in youth-focused events at her church and volunteers with her Sorority, the Eastern Stars, to give back during the holidays and other occasions. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and creating lasting memories with her family. Denise is a proud wife and mother of two, and she continues to be a source of inspiration and service within both her professional and personal life.

Angila O’Connor is the Program Coordinator for Rainbow Guardian Group Home, where she has overseen operations since 2008. With over 37 years of experience in the care of individuals with special needs, Angila specializes in managing residential services, staff supervision, and ensuring the well-being of residents. A Licensed Practical Nurse since 1984, Angila began her career at South Point Manor Nursing Home before transitioning to United Cerebral Palsy, where she cared for children and adults with special needs. Her leadership journey includes roles as Home Manager and Supported Living Coach, bringing a wealth of expertise to her current role. Passionate about fostering independence and dignity for individuals with special needs, Angila remains committed to creating opportunities for personal growth and advocating for inclusion within the broader community.

John A. Coakely Jr.

John A. Coakely Jr. is an accomplished Information Security leader with over 20 years of expertise in Enterprise Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). As Senior Security GRC Analyst at Northwestern Medicine Hospital, he has transformed the enterprise security landscape through innovative AI-driven methodologies, significantly improving efficiency and strengthening security posture. Mr. Coakley has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering impactful security programs in healthcare and insurance. At Northwestern Medicine, he implemented a robust Vendor Risk Management program for 500+ vendors and integrated GRC seamlessly into project lifecycles, achieving a 65% reduction in assessment time and a 40% improvement in security assessment efficiency. He holds a Master of Science in Information Security from Nova Southeastern University, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s in Systems Analysis from the University of Phoenix. His expertise includes HIPAA, PCI, and Hi-Trust compliance, with a focus on aligning security initiatives to business goals while maintaining strict compliance standards.
